The Funds Committee has officially approved the proposal of the Deputy Minister of Health, Yaakov Litzman, to limit the HMOs collection programs for the billing of medical cannabis treatments so that a physician appointment for the purpose of issuing a medical cannabis license will cost no more than ILS 278 per year.
